The Miss East Cascades Pageant provides young women from North Central Washington with scholarships to further their education and the opportunity to develop and demonstrate skills in private and onstage interviewing, talent, onstage poise and confidence.  The winner will be crowned Miss East Cascades and will spend the year making public appearances and competing for the crown as Miss Washington and potentially, as Miss America.
